All sales are final!!! We do not do refunds, exchange only! Due to the nature of the products we only exchange if merchandise is damaged and done within 7 days. If for any reason you receive damaged merchandise please contact me within 24hrs and if possible send a picture of the damage and an exchange will be made. A Shipping charge will be added for the new merchandise.
